Brian William Sturgeon, 54, of Mauckport, IN passed away early Saturday morning October 8, 2022 at his residence.

He was born on November 21, 1967 in Corydon, IN to the late Bruce and Gail (Smith) Sturgeon.

Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He loved animals of all kinds especially his dogs and parrot Harley.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Gail Sturgeon and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Brian is survived by his siblings; Sandy (Robert) Bonney of Oakland City, IN, Stan (Amy) Sturgeon of Paoli, IN, Jamie (Cindy) Sturgeon of Hardinsburg, KY, Matthew Sturgeon of Mauckport, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen according to his wishes. A celebration of life will be held Friday October 14, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN with burial to follow in Bloom Riddle Cemetery in Alton, IN.
