Carl David Chanley, age 76, of Alton, IN passed away at his home on December 3, 2018.

Carl David was born on September 4, 1942 to the late Carl R. Chanley and the late Emma K. (Brown) Chanley in Salem, IN.

Preceding Carl David in death are his parents, and a brother Roger Chanley.

Surviving Carl David is his children, Carl D. Chanley (Angela), Gwen Kluckman (Randy) and Aaron Chanley (Sara), grandchildren Ashley Smith, Carl Coty Smith, Tara Nichols, Jacob Chanley, Blake Chanley and Deagan Chanley, 4 great grandchildren and siblings Gloria Cole, Roger Chanley, Karen Tower and Mary Katherine Collins.

Funeral service will be Friday, December 7, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Dillman-Green Funeral Home with visitation starting at 4:00 pm.  Cremation was chosen.  Burial will be at a later time.
