Clara Louise Agan, age 102, of Marengo, IN passed away on August 17, 2015 at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, IN.
She was born to the late Joe Heeke and Addie (Smith) Heeke on July 10, 1913, in New Albany, IN.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Agan which passed away in 1976.
She had 5 children, Martha Brabson, West Harrison, IN, Eleanor Clark, Marengo, IN, Richard (Cindy) Agan, South Bend, IN, William Agan (deceased) and Larry Agan (deceased).
Clara has 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Brad Agan, grandson preceded Clara in death.
Clara started as a cook at Marengo School in 1957 and worked for many years.
She went to the Marengo Christian Church and was a member of the Marengo Senior Citizens.
Funeral Service will be Friday, August 21 at 11:00 am at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, IN.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 20 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and from 9:00 am until service time at Dillman-Green Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Union Chapel Cemetery in Milltown, IN.
