Darrell Wayne Meyer, 69, of Eckerty, IN passed away on August 12, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was born on April 20, 1952 in Eckerty, IN to John William Meyer and Betty Jean (Wright) Meyer.

Darrell is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Hassie (Sturgeon) Meyer.

He is survived by his daughters; April Goodman, Lori Lind, and Sara (Barry) King, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and siblings; Rita Goodman, Linda Hart, Arline Merrett, Randy Meyer, Tony Meyer, Dana Meyer and John David Meyer.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Bro. John Bye will officiate the funeral service with a private burial service at a later date.

Family has requested the masks be worn while inside the funeral home.
