Donnie was born to Donnie Howe, Sr. and Margie (Deich) Howe on June 22, 1955 in Huntingburg, IN. Parents are deceased.
He has two daughters, Lori and April.

He was a member of Doolittle Mills Christian Church.

Funeral will be Friday, October 31, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home, English, IN.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2014 from 4 pm till 8:00 pm and from 10:00 am till service time on Friday.
Burial will follow at Taswell Cemetery, Taswell, IN.
