Dwayne Luther Lewis, age 53, of Tell City, IN passed away at his home on June 21, 2016.
Dwayne was born on September 21, 1963 in Bridgeton, New Jersey to the late Luther Lewis and Mima Lee Crocker.
He was married to Donna (Stevens)Lewis. His children are as follows; Daughters Brittany and Elaina, sons Donnie and Mike Johnson, siblings Gene Lewis, Bonky Lewis, RJ Lewis, Shirley Wenberg, Tammy Lewis and Peggy Johnson. He was preceded in death by his father and brother Brian Lewis.
Dwayne was a loving and caring husband and father. He will be missed by his family.
Cremation was chosen with a Memorial service to be planned at a later date.
