Earl Ray Parkhill, 68, of Leavenworth passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in New Albany, Indiana.
He was born in Leavenworth, on June 16, 1949 to Estell and Lena Mae (Williams) Parkhill. Earl retired as a Recreation Coordinator for the Department of Corrections. He loved to hunt, golf, and to mow his lawn.
He is survived by his wife Sherry of 48 years, his children; Laurel (Mike) Mitchell, Jason (Amanda) Parkhill, three grandchildren; Tyler Mitchell, Lucas Parkhill, Nicholas Parkhill, and one brother, Larry Parkhill.
Earl is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 P.M at Dillman Green Funeral Home in Marengo, officiated by Pastor Steven Parkhill. Burial will follow at Tower Cemetery in Leavenworth.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 until time of service on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Dillman Green Funeral Home in Marengo.
