Edwin Paul Reyling Sr., age 74, of English, IN passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on April 7, 2016.
Ed was born on June 22, 1941 in McLeansboro, IL to the late Roman G. Reyling and Mary (Hall) Reyling.
He is survived by his wife Gail (Hall) Reyling which he married on September 5, 1961 in Fort Knox, KY.
Ed is also survived by children, Edwin P. (Patty) Reyling Jr, Patrick Reyling, and Winona (Darrell) Cunningham. Grandchildren Darrell Cunningham Jr., Paul Reyling, Morgan Reyling-Schwartz, Chelsea Reyling, Roman Reyling, Emily Cunningham and Edrick Cunningham. Great-grandchildren Tucker Cunningham, Zander Reyling-Schwartz, Hudson Miller, Hadlie Reyling-Schwartz and Memphis Cunningham.
Surviving siblings are Alma Daugherty, Susie Pryor, Charles Reyling, Judy Rapp, Thomas Reyling, Andrew Reyling, Kathleen Hayes, Mark Reyling and Jane Reyling.
Preceded in death by are his parents, brothers Rayman Dean Reyling and Richard Reyling.
Ed was a dedicated member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marengo, IN. He was also an Army veteran, serving July 1962 until July 1965. Ed retired from Geon Chemical Company in Louisville, KY.
Funeral will be Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marengo, IN.
Visitation will be Friday, April 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Also on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
