Esta Louise Suddarth Rowland, age 92, passed away on September 19, 2016 Lake Placid, Fl.
Esta was born and raised in English, Indiana, where she attended English High School. She retired from the United States Postal Service where she was the Postmaster in Vanadium, New Mexico. Esta was a Girl Scout Leader, and a member of the Memorial Methodist Church in Lake Placid, Florida.
Esta leave to mourn her daughter, Marilyn Sue Stanford, husband Bill of Santa Clara, NM, a daughter-in-law Jaime Rowland of Santa Clara, NM, eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a brother Ermel Suddarth of Lake Placid, Florida and a host of nieces and nephews.
Esta is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Della Suddarth, husband Chester Rowland, infant daughter Shirley Mae, son Robert Rowland, four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral service will be Saturday, September 24 at 1:00 pm at Highfill Chapel Baptist Church, Taswell, IN with Rev. Mark Crabtree officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, September 23 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home, English, IN.
Burial will follow at Highfill Cemetery in Taswell, IN.
