Frances D. Cook, 86, of English, passed away on January 11, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born to the late Guido and Anna (Underhill) Hensley on December 29, 1933 in Doolittle Mills.

Frances enjoyed Perry County politics and was awarded Republican of the Year. She enjoyed gardening and the outdoors. She attended Bethel Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Guido and Anna (Underhill) Hensley; son, Gary Michael (Marilyn) Cook; 5 siblings.

Frances is survived by her sons, Timothy (Dawn) Cook and Donald (Tammy) Cook; 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; and siblings Beverly Heckler and Ruth Hartlerode.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. (EST) Friday, January 17, 2020 at Bethel Christian Church and burial will follow at Bethany Union Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. (EST) until the time of service at Bethel Christian Church in Doolittle Mills, IN
