Harold Gene Cunningham 91 formally of English, IN passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in Hamilton, OH.

He was born on July 24, 1934, in English, IN to Bryan and Belva (Wright) Cunningham.  He married Anna (Treadway) Cunningham in 1953. Harold has a brother, Georgie, sisters, Edith and Velma.

Harold was a veteran of the Navy Reserves.

Harold worked as a mechanical engineer, graduating from the University of Louisville. He loved the outdoors, being very conscious of protecting our beautiful landscape through conservation. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid deer hunter.

Harold rarely missed watching an Indiana University basketball game and was a huge fan of Coach Bob Knight.

Harold is proceeded in death by his wife, Anna and his parents.

Harold is survived by a daughter, Teresa Cunningham.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11 AM EST at the Cunningham Cemetery near English, IN.
