He was born on December 21, 1950 in South Bend to Harry Kenneth Levenduski and Irene F. (Harrison) Levenduski.
Dale married Evelyn C. (Gammon) Levenduski on May 27, 1987.
He was a Maintenance Supervisor at Tyson Foods in Corydon, IN.

Funeral Service will be Monday, July 21, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, IN.
Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2014 from 3:00 pm to service time at 7:00 pm at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, IN.
Cremation will follow.
