James Huff, 75, formally of Birdseye, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Springs Valley Meadows Nursing Facility.

James was born to Samuel and Leona (Strode) Huff on July 28, 1950, in Mudlick, KY.

James enjoyed traveling to Florida and the Carolinas. He enjoyed going to flea markets and swap meets trying to find the next bargain or treasure. James also loved spending time with his family and friends. He retired from Sprinkler Fitters Local 669. He was also a member of the Eckerty Masonic Lodge 719.

James is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers, Kendell, Mitchell and Clyde Huff. He is also proceeded in death by his sisters, Ruby, Lavon, Priscilla and Joyce.

James is survived by his son, Jared Huff, grandchildren, Chloe and Jackson Huff. He is also survived by brothers, David (Margret) Huff, Eddie Huff and Jerry (Donna) Huff. One sister, Glenda Sanders. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. EST. The funeral will be held at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Al Madden. A Masonic service will be held prior to the funeral.
