Joe E. Smitson, age 47, of St. Anthony, IN died September 1, 2015 in a motorcycle accident.
He was born in Huntingburg, IN on August 7, 1968 to Ralph Smitson and Barbara (Andry) Persinger.
Surviving Joe is a daughter Chelsea Smitson of Henderson, KY, his mother Barbara Persinger and step-father Rick Persinger of St. Anthony, one brother Richard Smitson of Eckerty, two sisters Kristin Smitson of Eckerty and Jaime Johnson of Huntingburg, one grandchild, David Perez, grandparents Freida Smitson of Eckerty, Verner and Mary Andry of Hernando, FL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Smitson and grandfather Marvin Smitson.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 5, from 10:00 am till time of service time of at 2:00 pm.
Burial will be at a later date in Birdseye Cemetery.
