Sara Lucille Smith, age 79, of English, IN passed away on September 12, 2023, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN.

She was born on October 9, 1943, to Osby Reeder and Martha (Flowers) Reeder in Byrdstown, TN.

Lucille was a member of the Tunnel Hill Free Methodist Church; she loved her antiques.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two granddaughters.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 49 years Delmer Smith, a daughter Debbie Carol Smith, and 8 brothers.

Surviving Lucille are her sons, Tony (Kathy) Smith and David (Deanna) Smith, granddaughters Samantha and Miranda Smith and brother Donnie Reeder.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 12:00 pm at Tunnel Hill Methodist Church in English, IN.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 am.

Per Lucille's wishes, cremation was chosen.
