Norbet L. Schultz, age 82 formally of Marengo, passed away on June 30, 2023, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on March 18, 1942 in Leavenworth, IN to the late Hubert and Belvia Schultz.

Norbet retired as a security guard for Norton Healthcare.

Norbet is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife of 41 years Mary Schultz and his second wife of 5 years, Bonnie Schultz. A daughter Mary Ann Cameron and a son Timothy W. Schultz. Several brothers and sisters also preceded him in death.

Norbet is survived 2 daughters, Rose (James) Holcomb and Sandra Burks. Grandchildren, Anna Severson, Michael Midkiff, Christina Midkiff, Timothy Midkiff and Mary Ann Burks. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.

Norbet enjoyed riding motorcycles and making sure his place was immaculate.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 5, at 1:00 pm at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, IN.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and continue until service time of 1:00 pm.

Burial to follow in the Riddle Cemetery.
