Nova "Novy" Laswell Jr., age 58, of Paoli, IN passed December 13 at IU Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington, IN.
Novy was born to Novy Laswell Sr. and the late Ulefia Mae (Wright) Laswell on November 23, 1958 in Paoli, IN.
Novy is survived by his wife Barbara Laswell, children Brandy Laswell of Ohio, Novy Laswell of Florida, Amy Laswell of Ohio, Frank Laswell of Paoli, step-children William and Lucy White, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews, siblings Frank (Patricia) Laswell, Cindy Laswell, Roxanna (Tony) Fields, Melissa (John) Terry, and his father Novy Sr.
Preceding Novy in death are a sister Mandy Laswell and his mother Ulefia Laswell.
Novy worked as a sawmill operator.
Funeral service will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, IN.
Visitation will be Friday, December 16, 2016 at Dillman-Green Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.
Officiating the service will Rev. Kevin Stilwell with burial to follow at Pleasant Ridge (Tick Ridge) Cemetery.
