Pamela Byrne, 46, of Ramsey, IN passed away at her home on May 4, 2021.
She was born on October 18, 1974 to Frank Neckar and Judy Ann (Kaelin) Neckar in Louisville, KY.
Pamela is survived by her parents, and her sister Kimberly Ann (Aaron) Loesch.
Visitation will be on Thrusday, May 13, 2021 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN.
