Phillip Edgar Pickett, 70, of English, Indiana, put his hands in Jesus hand on February 6, 2018. He was born on March 15, 1947 in Adair County, Ky. He was a veteran and was a Military Police Officer in the Korean War.
Phillip was preceded in death by his beloved parents Noel and Mary Pickett, sisters Mildred Bishop, Frances England and Dorothy England and brothers Dillard and Charles Pickett, nephews Dan Pinter and Jimmy Dale England.
He is survived by his loving wife Anna Jean, son Phillip Hayven, daughters Kelsee Jean and Mary Farling and son-in-law Robert Farling, grandchildren Desi and Steven, 2 great grandchildren, brother Noel Pickett Jr. and wife Marilyn, brother-in-law Orville Bishop and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Leonard Bishop, Thomas Pickett and Cynthia Thompson.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home, English, IN.
Funeral service will be Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Good News Church, 1465 Temple Quarry Road, English, IN.
Resting place will be at El Bethel Cemetery, Milltown, IN.
The ladies from Good News Church will provide lunch after the burial.
