Rita Diane Bowling, age 73, English, IN passed away on November 9, 2023, at her home with her husband by her side.

She was born on March 1, 1950, to Charles Owen Livengood and Alberta Rose (Thomas) Linvengood in Indianola, Ill.

Rita work in food service for many years at Purdue University and loved to cook for everyone.  Rita also enjoyed reading as a pastime.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Harold E. Wilson, an6d her brother Rex Andrew Livengood.

Rita is survived by her husband of 7 years, Jesse Bowling, her daughters Kim (Mike) Keller and Kerry Burton, 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and siblings: Terry Foley, Mary Floyd, and Charles Livengood.

Cremation was chosen per Rita's wishes; a Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
