Ruth Ann Hartlerode, age 77, of Depauw, IN passed away on January 25, 2020 at U of L Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

She was born to the Guido and Anna (Underhill) Hensley on March 17, 1942 in Doolittle Mills, IN.

Ruth loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family.  She was a very loving and giving person, she loved to help anyone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guido and Anna (Underhill) Hensley, siblings; Betty Abell, Robert Hensley, Frances Cook, Linda Culbertson, Margie Zahn and Karen Minter.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Thomas (Nancy) Hartlerode and Dale (Sherri) Hartlerode, grandchildren; Dale Hartlerode, Talia Hartlerode, Jakob Hartlerode and Dana (Michael) Austin, and great grandchildren; Isabelle Dorton and K.C. Crump, and her sister Beverly Heckler.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. (fast time) Friday, January 31, 2020 at Bethel Christian Church in Doolittle Mills, IN.  Bro. Albert Madden will officiate the funeral service with burial following at Bethany Union Cemetery in Eckerty, IN.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 10:00 am until time of service at Bethel Christian Church.
