Ruth Evelyn Wiseman Rickenbaugh passed away February 26 at her home at the age of 93.
Born at Temple, IN to James Earl and Lula Edith Mathers Wiseman.
She spent her whole life in Crawford Co. IN. In 1942 she married the love of her life Homer Rickenbaugh. After Homer returned from WWII they raised their two girls and owned several different businesses. They both were baptized in the Old English Christian Church. They were dedicated to the town of English and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6160.
Surviving are daughters Angela Thompson of English, Priscilla (Joe) James of Spiceland, IN. Grandsons James (Jill) Thompson, Jason (Rhonda) Roberson, granddaughter Andrea (Robbie) Carroll, great grandchildren Dalton McBride, Bailey (Stephanie) Roberson, Michael (Tristen) Jones, great great grandchildren Julien and Natalie Roberson, nieces Janet (Tom) Leonard, Rita (Nick) Watson, Lois (Dave) Burton, nephews Walter (Amy) Wiseman, Richard (Jill) Wiseman and Craig Wiseman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Homer of 59 years, deceased in 2001, grandson Richard Thompson, and great great granddaughter Audree Roberson.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 28 at 1:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home with visitation starting at 11:00 am.
Officiating the service will be Bro. Bob Kelly with burial to follow at Mathers Chapels in English, IN
