Samuel Thomas Warthan, age 43, of Eckerty, IN passed away on October 24, 2015 at Evansville, IN at St. Mary's Hospital.
He was born to the late Claudia Warthan on January 8, 1973 in Huntingburg, IN.
Surviving Samuel is brother John Warthan, sister Claudette Warthan, niece and nephew Tiffany Warthan and Michael Meyer and uncle Curly Starky.
Samuel was retired from Fire Best Foods in Huntingburg, IN.
Funeral service is Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN.
Visitation will be Monday, October 26 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, October 27 from 10:00 am to service time at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Mathers Cemetery in English, IN.
