He was born on November 9, 1968 to Walter and Mary Louise (Durham) Overstreet in Indianapolis, IN.
Scott is preceded in death by his son Devin Scott, and brother Sonny Overstreet.
He is survived by his parents, siblings; Shannon (Terry) Richardson and Michael Overstreet, nieces Jessica, Deanna and Aryonnah.
Cremation was chosen with a memorial service at a later date.
