Steven Ray McFarland, 54, of English passed away on Friday June 19, 2020 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana.

He was born on November 3, 1965 in Paoli, Indiana to Benjamin "Bob" and Marjorie (Nash) McFarland. Steve worked in the electronics department at Sam-tech in New Albany, and also at the Dollar General Store in English, Indiana. He loved his family with his whole heart.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents; Bob and Marjorie McFarland.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Frances (Cornell) McFarland, their children Zachary Ray McFarland, Alisha Nicole (Mark) Davis, Shawn Douglas (Elsie) McFarland, their grandchild Owen McFarland, his sister Wanda (Steve) Speedy, and his nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M Thursday June 25, 2020 at Denbo Funeral Home in English. Burial will follow in Mifflin Cemetery, in Mifflin, IN.

Visitation will be Wednesday June 24, 2020 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Denbo Funeral Home.
