Walter "Earl" Brown, 70, of English, IN passed away on September 6, 2020 at Baptist Floyd Hospital in New Albany, IN.

He was born on January 6, 1950 to the late Walter Brown and Goldie (Marshall) Brown in Taswell, IN.

Earl was a wonderful family man, a very strong Christian man, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  He enjoyed cutting firewood with his son, gardening and mowing.  Earl enjoyed taking "Chumper" his dog for truck rides.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers; Jr. Brown and Paul Brown.

Earl is survived by his loving wife of 52 plus year, Mary (Forbes) Brown, his son, Kevin (Angie) Brown, grandchildren; Kasey McIntosh and Kane Brown, great-grandchildren Haisley Leclere and Harlan Howell and his sisters, Anna Carothers and Bonnie Blunk.

Funeral service will be September 9, 2020 at Denbo Funeral Home in English, IN at 1:00 pm.  Visitation will start at 11:00 am until service time of 1:00 pm.  Brother Jesse Breeding and Brother Chad Stroud will be officiating the service with burial to follow at Taswell Cemetery.
