Zeric Zane Zahn, 51, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away on Saturday July 12, 2025, at Charlestown Place with his family by his side.

He was born on January 27, 1974, in New Albany, Indiana to James and Margie (Hensley) Zahn.

Zeric was known for his big heart and outgoing personality. He never met a stranger and could make a friend anywhere he went. Zeric had a deep love for music and spent many joyful hours DJing at weddings and special events. Throughout his life, he worked various security jobs, always taking pride in keeping people safe and lending a helping hand when needed. He will be remembered for his warm smile, his love of music, and the many friendships he made along the way.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Margie Zahn, his brother, Shawn Sage, and his niece of Jessie Karsener.

Zeric is survived by his sister, Zana Zahn, his nephew, Zachary Karsener, and great- nephew, Elijah Vermillion.

Cremation was chosen according to his wishes. A burial of ashes will take place at a later date in Bethany Cemetery.
